Installation time, arrival and departure

For Exhibitors. Move-in / Move-out of exhibitor’s equipment:

1. For exhibitors with exclusive stands construction:

Move-in of the equipment and removal of the tare:

In Halls № 8, №7, №6: 15, 16 of September 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Removal of the equipment from the stands: 20 of September 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

2. For exhibitors with standard stands construction:

Move-in of the equipment and removal of the tare:

In Halls № 8, №7, №6: 15 of September 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
16 of September 8:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Removal of the equipment from the stands: 20 of September 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Exhibition Working Hours

17, 18, 19 September 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. – for visitors
09:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. – for exhibitors (with badges)
20 September 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. – for visitors
09:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. - for exhibitors (with badges)

For Exhibitors: 09:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. – for the current period must be a representative at the stand.

For constructors. Stands assembling/dismantling schedule

Exclusive stands assembling:

In Halls № 8, №7, №6: 13, 14 of September 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. – stands assembling.
15 of September 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. – small assemblage completion .

Exclusive stands dismantling in Halls №8, №7, №6:

20 of September 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (after the move-out of exhibitor's equipment).
21 of September 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Cargo Entry Rules

Move-in rules

1.   For the entry of exhibits the Customer should obtain Application Form 5.1 dully filled in with the stamp of the Organizer “ВВОЗ РАЗРЕШЕН” (“Entry approved”), in 3 (three) copies. All three copies should be vised by the Service-Center of exhibition grounds Crocus Expo (see plan in the Form 5.2). One copy will be stored by Service Center, the second copy is presented to the guards at cargo entry gates – to obtain an entry coupon*, the tired copy is left to the Customer and is used for the Move-out.
2.   After receiving entry coupon, the Customer can start move-in process at the gates.
3.   After unloading the customer should remove his cars from the gate entry area.

Move-out rules

1.   Receive at the Organizer office at the exhibition grounds floor red stamp “ВЫВОЗ РАЗРЕШЕН” (Move-out approved) at the third copy of the Form 5.1
2.   The copy is stamped at Service Center and is presented to the guard at cargo gate.

Important note

•   Delivery or installation of goods on the first day of the Event is possible only on the basis and terms, determined by the Organizer. While the Event is open for visitors, there is no access of trucks for exhibits entry.

•   The locks with the keys of negotiation rooms, show-cases etc. are issued on move-in day by the general stand contractor against a security deposit (refund).

•   Exhibitor advertising and information materials should not exceed the bounds of ordered space.

•   Dismantling and move-out is allowed only after official closing of the Event. In case of non-proper Customer' goods and equipment removal the Organizer reserves the right to store the goods and equipment in warehouse, at that the Customer is to compensate the Organizer all connected costs in corpora. Extra working hours of the Organizer' staff is paid separately according to the prescribed tariffs.
