Stand Construction

General stand constructor of the exhibition is exhibition company "BuildExpo".

For sdandard stand costruction please select "Standard shell scheme" in application form 1.1.
Design of standard construction is done the application form 4.1. (See the section “Application forms”)

Organizing committee accepts changes and extra orders only for standard stand equipment (if ordered standard shell scheme), in due form in proper time (see Form 4.1 "Stand layout").

Important! During the assembly period or working period of the exhibition, standard stands assembled by the General Contractor cannot be changed or dismounted fully or partially by the Customer. The Customer is not entitled to any operations with stand constructions or power equipment not agreed with the Organizer. Otherwise penalties are applied according to the Statement subscribed by the Customer, the Organizer and the General Contractor.

If ordered space only for exclusive schell scheme

Important! By ordering Space only, The Customer is entitled to take advantage of services of General stand contractor, develope its stand on Customer' own or engage contractors (hereinafter - "Contractor"). The Customer has to inform the Organizer about the name, address and contacts of the Contractor not later than 1 month prior to the opening of the Event

The exclusive is understood as the stand, for the manufacture of which the use other materials (wood, chipboard, fiberboard, fabric, etc.), two-storeyed stands. Also to exclusive can be attributed stands, made from the exhibition linings, manufactured from individual design projects and requires production of exhibition designs custom type and size. Pasting panels, placing of logos, increasing the height of the walls, use the stand suspensions; electrodynamic structures, offset fascia and other additional elements do not make it an exclusive.

The developer must go through the proper accreditation and technical expertise in Crocus Expo Exhibition Center.

Before to conclude the contract with the developer of the exclusive stand, make sure that the company is accredited by the Crocus Expo and there are no claims to it from the general contractor of the exhibition centre - BuildExpo.

Before the installation of the stand, the Customer or the authorized representative of the customer should be convinced that the location of marking a stand corresponds to an exhibition general plan. At occurrence of questions, it is necessary to address to the General contractor or representatives of the Organizer.

On the fascia board should be specified the name and stand number. At absence of frieze panels the name of the exhibitor and co-exhibitors, and stand number should be indicated in a conspicuous place for the visitors in front of the stand.
