Conference hall rental

For holding conferences, symposiums, seminars, round tables, presentations it is offered the isolated conference halls by capacity from 50 to 600 seats.

Halls are equipped by projective equipment and screens, wired microphones and sound amplification. Additional it fees for computer, television and video equipment.

Halls are located in Pavilion 2 and 3.

Announcing the measures in the conference halls is carried out in the “Exhibition Preview”, on an exhibition website, in a specialized press, at information stands and in registration stand of “Crocus Expo”.

Important! To reserve a conference hall Customer in target dates gives to the Organizer the application form 2.4. The deadline for submission of information specified in the application form 1.1, 2.4.
