The Organizer provides general guarding and admission procedure at the territory of the Event, except for particular security of exhibits and property of the Customer. The Organizer does not bear responsibility for safety of above mentioned property and exhibits.

For holding conferences, symposiums, seminars, round tables, presentations it is offered the isolated conference halls by capacity from 50 to 600 seats.
Halls are equipped by projective equipment and screens, wired microphones and sound amplification. Computer, television and video equipment needs to be order additionally.
Halls are located in Pavilion 2 and 3 Conference Halls Plan
Event announcement in conference halls is carried out in the “Exhibition Preview, on exhibition web-site, in specialized press, at information stands and in registration hall in Crocus Expo Center.
Important! To reserve a conference hall Customer in target dates gives to the Organizer the application form 2.4. The deadline for submission of information is specified in the application form 1.1, 2.4.
Important! For placing of the announcement of events in the Exhibition Preview the Customer in target dates gives to the Organizer the application form 2.3. The deadline for submission of information is specified in the application form 2.3.

Individual electricity connection, phone and fax line, internet connection line and plasma display panel are given on the basis of application form 3.1 To order technical service please fill in the form then sign, stamp and send it to us. Deadline for applying is specified in forms 1.1, 3.1

In order to improve the fire safety in the Crocus Expo Organizing Committee strongly recommends renting plasma panels at the Crocus Expo (through application form 3.1).
At use at the stand own the audio-visualisation equipment is necessary to have accompanying documentation at the stand: registration certificate and other supporting documents.
In the absence of the technical passport it is a necessarily passage of audio-visualisation at foreign firms and it is necessarily passage of procedure of technical expert appraisal of the equipment by services the Expo Crocus under special tariffs.
